Two stage ejectors are used where two ejection sequences are required, for example, to demould undercuts with inclined cores, or to ensure that slides do not collide with ejector pins.

CENTRAL MOUNTED UNITS:

Two-Stage Single Stroke Ejector System - Type FW1800

  •  Works on top last sequence

  •  Available in four sizes that cover most needs

  •  First and second strokes are set independently

  •  Hardened steel components for longer service life

Two-Stage Single Stroke Ejector System - Type G

  • Works on bottom last sequence

  •  Available in six sizes that cover most needs

  •  First and second stages are set independently

  •  Fixed strokes cannot be tampered with or accidentally modified

  •  Hardened steel components for longer service life

Two-Stage Single Stroke Ejector System - Type D

  •  Works with completely seperate steps

  •  Available in four sizes that cover most needs

  •  Is used in moulds where the first and second stroke should work completely independantly of each other

  •  Hardened steel components for longer service life

OFF-CENTER MOUNTED UNITS, USED IN PAIRS:

Two-Stage Single Stroke Ejector System - TSTL

  •   Top Last sequencing

  •  Available in three sizes

  •  All ejectors in the mould must be set to the same strokes

  •  Ejector speed must be controlled to ensure excessive shock loading does not occur

Two-Stage Single Stroke Ejector System - TSBL

  •  Bottom Last sequencing

  •  Available in three sizes

  •  All ejectors in the mould must be set to the same strokes

  •  Ejector speed must be controlled to ensure excessive shock loading does not occur
