Smartflow's Versaswitch provides a simple, positive indication of the mould or core location, preventing tool damage!
Smartflow's Versaswitch is a limit switch which is installed in an injection mould to indicate location of the core, thereby preventing tool damage.
It is easily installed using a thread, and the switch actuates when approximately 1.5 kg force is applied to the plunger.
Actuation height is easily adjusted by threading the switch to the correct position during installation. The switch is held in place via a lock washer asd hex nut. An optional mounting bracket is also available to aid installation if neccessary.
